Bruckner: Symphonies Nos. 8 and 9 (1951 - 1954)

Overhyped? Maybe. Did I still cry at “Symphony No. 8 In C Minor, WAB 108 (1887 Version): I. Allegro Moderato”? Also maybe.

Took me three listens. By the third, “Symphony No. 9 In D Minor, WAB 109 (1894 Version): III. Adagio: Langsam Feierlich” had moved in and started paying rent.

Every time I think I've found my favourite track, “Symphony No. 9 In D Minor, WAB 109 (1894 Version): II. Scherzo: Bewegt, Lebhaft - Trio: Schnell” comes on and starts an argument.
