Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, the removed content and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and phone number with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address. We may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant tells us they've filed a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
