Giordano - Andrea Chénier, Vol. 2 (1941)

Review by Oskar Lind★★★★Sample

Took me three listens. By the third, “Andrea Chénier” had moved in and started paying rent.

Solid, but I keep skipping “Andrea Chénier”. Sorry Beniamino Gigli, Maria Caniglia, Gino Bechi, Giulietta Simionato, Giuseppe Taddei, Italo Tajo, Teatro Alla Scala Orchestra & Oliviero de Fabriitis.

Respectfully: no. “Andrea Chénier” is the only thing I'd revisit.
