The Tempest, Op. 109, Act IV, Scene 8: Cortege: Tempo Giusto - poco a poco Stretto

Review by Tomasz W.★★★Sample

Solid, but I keep skipping “The Tempest, Op. 109, Act IV, Scene 8: Cortege: Tempo Giusto - poco a poco Stretto”. Sorry Jorma Silvasti, Jorma Hynninen, Monica Groop, Sauli Tiilikainen, Raili Viljakainen, Jukka-Pekka Saraste, Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra & Opera Festival Chorus.

Not every song lands, but when it does it LANDS. “The Tempest, Op. 109, Act IV, Scene 8: Cortege: Tempo Giusto - poco a poco Stretto” is the keeper.

The production on this is so warm it feels like sitting next to a radiator in January.
