Overhyped? Maybe. Did I still cry at “Le Cid - An opera in four acts: O tourment de la voir! (Placido Domingo, Grace Bumbry, Paul Plishka, Jake Gardner, Eleanor Bergquist, Friends, The Crowd, The Chorus, Peter Lightfoot)”? Also maybe.

I wanted to love this so badly. “Le Cid - An opera in four acts: O tourment de la voir! (Placido Domingo, Grace Bumbry, Paul Plishka, Jake Gardner, Eleanor Bergquist, Friends, The Crowd, The Chorus, Peter Lightfoot)” is fine I guess.
